I have worked with Steven on various projects in our school over the last few years. First and foremost, Steven listens, reflects, and makes every effort to understand the heart of our school and what we value as a team. He has helped us to develop coherence and integrity within our curriculum and policy documents, whilst reigniting our passion to hold on to our school’s individual ethos. Working with Steven feels supportive, inspiring and has challenged me to strive for excellence.
